Walk & Talk with Lydia

Something is off. You can’t quite name it yet.

How we’ll do this

We both go outside. I’ll be walking the back roads of my neighbourhood in Bali. You walk wherever you are. There’ll be no screens or docs. I won’t be reviewing anything before or during the call. You’ll tell me what you want to focus on when you book, and that’s enough for me to come in already thinking about your situation.

There’s something about moving that changes the quality of a conversation. Things come out differently when you’re not sitting across from a screen trying to say the right thing.

The conversation goes where it actually needs to go. There’s no agenda. I’m listening for what’s underneath what you’re saying, and asking about that instead.

An hour is short, so we don’t try to cover everything. We get to the one or two things that are actually in the way, and we get there faster than you’d expect.

(You might hear roosters. Village life. Possibly my overly excited dog, Scruffy. That’s the ambiance.)

Let’s have a Walk & Talk date.

How it works

Before you book let’s make sure it’s a fit for you:

We’ll both be walking outdoors

I’ll be walking around my neighbourhood in Bali while you walk wherever you are. There’s something about moving our bodies that unlocks creative thinking and honest conversation. (You might hear roosters. Village life. Possibly my overly excited dog. That’s the ambiance.)

It’s an audio-only conversation

No screens, no distractions – just us talking through your biggest questions. I won’t be reviewing documents or materials before or during our call, but you’ll get a chance to tell me what you want to focus on when you book. If you need more in-depth business coaching, check out my Sweet Spot Intensive.

I’ll keep us on track

An hour goes by quickly, so if we start going down rabbit holes, I’ll gently pull us back – not to be rude, but because I want you to actually get somewhere by the end of our time together.

We’ll go deep, not wide

We’re not going to solve everything in one hour. But we can absolutely get to the heart of the 1-2 things that are keeping you stuck or spinning, and get you feeling clearer about what comes next.

If this feels like the right fit for you, let’s have a Walk & Talk date.

What we can explore together:

Figuring out your next body of work – what it looks like, what it’s really about, and whether it’s time to make a change

Working through a pivot – whether that’s a new direction, a new audience, or a whole new chapter

Identity and transition work – who you are now, what you want this next phase to actually feel like, what you’re ready to let go of

Sounding board conversations for big decisions you’ve been sitting on too long

Simplifying your business when everything feels complicated and overwhelming

Finding your sweet spot if you’re earlier in the journey and trying to figure out where to start

This hour is completely focused on YOU and whatever you need most right now.

Investment: $250 for one hour

WALK WITH ME

What happens after?

Some people leave with exactly what they needed and go do the thing. Others realise they want to keep going.

If you’re in the second camp, we’ll talk about what makes sense. There are a few ways to work with me depending on where you are and what you actually need. We can figure that out together after the conversation.

“Lydia’s not really just a business coach. I mean, she is, but that’s not really what she is. She has such a human-centered approach that the business part becomes a side effect. She’s able to drill down and ask questions about the real drivers, about why people make decisions.”

– Alex McInnes, Marketing Strategist

Lydia’s not really just a business coach.

I mean, she is, but that’s not really what she is. She has such a human-centered approach that the business part becomes a side effect. She’s able to drill down and ask questions about the real drivers, about why people make decisions.

I have this analogy about what makes a good sports coach. Is it someone who improves your technique, or someone who instills belief in you so deeply that you’d run through a brick wall? I lean toward the second.

Alex, Marketing Strategist

I feel a renewed sense of excitement and confidence about where I’m headed.

I had such an incredible Walk & Talk session with Lydia. I left with a clear, grounded system for how to capture, organize, and develop my business process. I feel a renewed sense of excitement and confidence about where I’m headed. The walk-and-talk format made it feel light and energizing. I’d absolutely recommend a Walk & Talk session to anyone who is full of ideas but needs support turning that creative energy into an actual system and path forward.

Working with Lydia is essential for any business owner ready to get clear about their next steps. She makes it easy for you to see what you need to do next and gives you the tools you need to keep going long after your session with her. I can not say thank you enough.

Corolon, Burnout Training Consultant & Coach

Hi, I’m Lydia!

I’ve been working with solopreneurs since 2013. For most of that time, my clients were people making the leap from corporate — figuring out what they were good at, what they wanted to build.

These days it’s a different conversation. Most people who come to me have already built something real. They’re accomplished and capable and a little tired of running on a model that no longer quite fits. They come to me when the business they built doesn’t reflect who they’ve become, or when something in their life has shifted and they’re trying to figure out what that means for the work.

My specialty is the human layer. What you actually want. What’s changed. What you’re ready to let go of. The strategy conversation is usually simpler once we’ve had that one.

I work with a small number of people at a time, which means when we talk, I’m completely focused on you.
