BY PAYING FOR A PROGRAM, COURSE, OR SERVICE EITHER IN PARTIAL OR IN FULL, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW:
You irrevocably agree to enter into this Academy of Cubicle Crashers Agreement with Lydia Lee and Screw The Cubicle (the “Company” or “we/us”) Lydia Lee (the “Coach”), then this Participant Agreement (the “Agreement”) automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company, and applies to your participation in the program. By paying for this service, course, or program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.
Client understands that they are 100% responsible for her own progress and results. Client understands that they are the one element over which Coach or Company has no control and therefore. Client understands that their results are not guaranteed. Client commits to full participation in the Program and understands that nothing is guaranteed in business, and that the Coach will do her best work possible, but at the end of the day, it’s up to the client to do the work. You acknowledge that individual results may vary based on your personal efforts as well as other external factors. Lydia Lee and Screw The Cubicle does not guarantee a particular outcome, and is not liable for any loss, damage or other expense which you may suffer as a result of using the services of Lydia Lee and Screw The Cubicle.

The Academy of Cubicle Crashers is an online group coaching program facilitated by Lydia Lee. The Academy of Cubicle Crashers is a 6-month program conducted by way of:
In our private FB group, all members get to share weekly challenges, ideas, and questions for additional support.
Enrollment and Commencement
We accept enrolments at any time during enrolment period prior to the commencement of the Program until sold out. Once the first monthly fee has been received on the terms below, you will receive an email from us, we will send you an official welcome email into the course, confirming that your application is complete.
Until the start of the program, we will communicate with you via email and provide you with all the necessary information on how to get started. After your acceptance into the course you are welcome to contact [email protected] with any questions you may have.
Your Commitment to Us
The Academy of Cubicle Crashers requires a commitment of time, co-operation and participation. The Academy of Cubicle Crashers runs for 6 months. It is our experience that to successfully complete the Academy of Cubicle Crashers, participants need to follow the teaching modules and expert interviews, show up in the live calls & coworking sessions, attend their ‘hot seat’ opportunities to get extra help, and utilize the group and Lydia’s time to get the support they require.
You acknowledge that undertaking the Academy of Cubicle Crashers may at times be personally challenging and you will not knowingly undertake the program if you believe that you will not respond well to personal conversations, personal growth and constructive feedback.
Your Commitment to Each Other
You acknowledge that you are undertaking an adult learning process and that everyone has individual approaches to learning and participation. You acknowledge that there may be times when you or other participants will have a difference of opinion or values and that you will deal with those differences with dignity and respect for yourself and others.
Participants agree to participate in the Academy of Cubicle Crashers (including the use of the Site or the Facebook group) in good faith and in a way so as to not bring disrepute or cause reputational or other damage to the Screw The Cubicle.
You agree that you will not upload or provide content on the Site or on the Facebook Group which is:
a) defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, intimidating, harassing, disrespectful, inappropriate, harmful, hateful, abusive, tortious, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, sexist, racist, homophobic, violent or degrading;
b) infringes the intellectual or other proprietary interests of third parties;
c) contains spam, chain letters, pyramid and other such selling and marketing schemes, computer viruses, computer code, files or programs or other harmful components that are designed to interrupt, destroy, change or limit the functionality of the Site or any other computer software, hardware or other electronic equipment, information which in any way impinges on another user’s use or enjoyment of the Site or otherwise breaches or encourages other users to breach these Terms and Conditions;
d) violates any law; or
e) encourages or incites any other person to engage in any of the above behaviour;
Participants also agree that you will not :
> Use technology or other means that is not authorised by the Owner to access the Site; > Use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” to access the Site; > Attempt to, or introduce viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that may interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Site or the Facebook Group; > Gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or Facebook Page including the networks or user accounts; or > Attempt to or engage in conduct that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs the Site, Facebook Group, servers or networks.
Your Financial Commitment
All prices are displayed in USD.
The total financial commitment is $2,100 (extended payment plan options available).
Refunds and Cancellation
Because of the digital nature of our program, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
The Academy of Cubicle Crashers and Screw The Cubicle retains the right to all intellectual property (whether registered or not) that is created by us and you agree not to disclose, sell or deal with our materials in any way other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the Academy of Cubicle Crashers. This agreement will be terminated without notice if you fail to pay any amounts owing by the due date. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if a breach of the terms occurs. We also reserve the right to terminate this agreement in the unfortunate event that we become unable to provide the services requested, in which case all monies paid for work not undertaken will be refunded.
If your agreement is terminated you will no longer have access to the Site or the Facebook group. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to the material provided to you, payment obligations, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities contained in these terms and conditions will survive termination.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Canada.
Warranties and Indemnities
We do not warrant that the Website or Facebook group will be uninterrupted or error free or that the Site, its content or the server are free of viruses or other harmful components. Screw The Cubicle and the Academy of Cubicle Crashers maintains current anti-virus software, however to the extent provided by law, we do not guarantee against third party interference or that the Website or its content will be compatible with third party software or hardware. Screw The Cubicle and the Academy of Cubicle Crashers is not liable for any default due to an act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, storm or other event beyond the Owner’s reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify, the program, its partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, employees and agents for any claim arising directly or indirectly from your acts and omissions in using the Site and Facebook group pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
You acknowledge that while you will be receiving training in building a business, you will not hold the Screw The Cubicle responsible for anything related to your personal business success or otherwise including your income and client attraction, including if you are profiled on the Screw The Cubicle website.
