Client Expectations:
Client understands that they are 100% responsible for her own progress and results. Client understands that they are the one element over which Coach or Company has no control and therefore. Client understands that their results are not guaranteed. Client commits to full participation in the Program and understands that nothing is guaranteed in business, and that the Coach will do her best work possible, but at the end of the day, it’s up to the client to do the work. You acknowledge that individual results may vary based on your personal efforts as well as other external factors. Lydia Lee and Screw The Cubicle does not guarantee a particular outcome, and is not liable for any loss, damage or other expense which you may suffer as a result of using the services of Lydia Lee and Screw The Cubicle.

Day of Arrival:– Airport transfer- 2 nights stay at a beautiful hotel in Ubud, Bali- Personal time to explore and rest to prepare for tomorrow
Day 1 – Coaching Day:– 1 x full day intensive coaching with Lydia– Organic breakfast and lunch provided- Assistant for note-taking and research- Detailed strategy plan to keep you on track after our session- Access to all essential resources – webinars, teleclasses, and PDF guides- Evening excursion with Lydia (Tjampuhan spa)
Day 2 – Integration Day:– Morning breakfast integration session with Lydia (2 hours)
Post-ExperienceAccountability and support 30 days after: 1 x 60 minute coaching call with Lydia
Your Financial Commitment
All prices are displayed in USD.
The total financial commitment is $2,997 (extended payment plan options available).
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Tickets to the VIP Intensive including the deposit are 100% NON refundable. Adjustment of private retreat days can be made 14 days prior to arrival as arrangements will be pre-booked and paid.
Booking Policy:
Payment must be received in full and must be made at least 20 days prior to the strategy days commencement. If the retreat commencement date is less than 30 days, full payment is required to secure the booking.
Failure to pay within this timeframe results in the deposit being forfeited and the place being resold.
Bank fees incurred by transferring money are the sole responsibility of the guest.
The guest is responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the selected package in local currency (IDR) or where facilities allow, credit card payments can be accepted.
Prices and ServicesPrices and services are subject to change. The invoiced price includes the services as stated on the invoice and the booking confirmation connected with that invoice. Any additional agreements will be communicated via written form. Screw The Cubicle reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice.
Screw The Cubicle reserves the right to change its offer or individually agreed services due to extraordinary circumstances s (e.g. external forces, governmental regulations, delays of third parties, weather and oceanic conditions, etc.). If any essential contract paragraph is changed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The schedule and inclusions can change at any time without notice. The program listed on the website is always applicable.
Screw The Cubicle reserves the right to change its location due to unforeseen issues (e.g. third party delays or problems, construction, etc.) Screw The Cubicle will ensure the standard be kept the same in all the partnering hotels.
Screw The Cubicle reserves the right to change or amend this policy at anytime. The current policy is always applicable.
Intellectual Property
Screw The Cubicle retains the right to all intellectual property (whether registered or not) that is created by us and you agree not to disclose, sell or deal with our materials in any way other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Canada.
